The Golden Hill Steiner School Cultural Performing Arts Hall is available for hire, for rehearsals, workshops and meetings.
We have a select group of regular users, as well as the space being predominantly used for our school purposes.
First and foremost, the hall is for our school use and completing an application form WILL NOT guarantee your booking.
However, we will review your application and our administration team will respond within 1-3 business days.

Terms and Conditions of Hire
$350 refundable bond is required at booking time + Alcohol Bond $250 if applicable
Minimum hire period is 2 hours.
The cost of hiring the Hall is $38.50/hour or part thereof (GST incl) plus a Cleaning Fee of $77 (GST Incl).
The Hall must be left clean and tidy. All furniture must be returned to the storage room.
Golden Hill Steiner School is a NON SMOKNG venue. Smoking is not allowed ANYWHERE on the campus.
Any repairs or additional cleaning required will be taken from bond.
For ongoing bookings, this contract is for an initial period of two (2) months. A review will be conducted at the end of this period.
Booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellation or date change less than 14 days prior to hire date will be charged $77
If Alcohol is to be sold a liquor licence must be sought and the alcohol must be served by an adult holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol (WA) certificate.
I/we understand that on-going regular bookings may be effected by school activity. As much notice as possible will be given.
I/we agree to hire the hall and facilities in it's current state and understand that requests for customised alterations might be denied.
I/we understand that I/we are hiring the hall and immediate surrounds ONLY. Please DO NOT enter other school grounds. I/we understand that I/we will cover the costs of damage to school property. I/we acknowledge damage may result in losing the bond and/or termination of future bookings.
